The equipment can be put into commissioning after 2 minutes of air turbine test run without abnormal noise or vibration.
Testing considerations:
1. Checking whether the rotation direction of the motor is correct?
2.Checking whether the fan to the stone machine, the fan to the big bran machine and the fan to the rice machine smooth are unobstructed?
3.Does the lifting capacity of the belt material processing elevator meet the normal feeding?
4.Is there any stone and sundries discharged from the stone removing port of the stone de-stoner machine
5.Is huller shelling up to standard? (more than 95% of shelling)
6.Whether the separation sieve effect of the gravity screen for grain roughness is up to the standard?
7.Whether the rice output accuracy and crushing rate of the rice mill meet the standard?
8.Is it smooth to crush rice husk?
III. Periodic maintenance:
1. Grease shall be injected into the bearing oil injection nozzle of the single and double elevator every 30 days, and the cover shall be opened to check whether the dustpan is scratched and the nut is loose.
2. Clean the stone remover and check whether there is blockage at the outlet and stone outlet every 7 days, and inject oil into each bearing for maintenance every 30 days.
3. Every 15 days, the rubber roller of the rice huller shall be checked for uneven wear and small head, if any, the blanking port shall be checked for sundries blocking. If there is any non worn part on the edge of the rubber roller, it shall be trimmed with a blade to improve the shelling rate. When the rubber thickness is 3mm away from the iron core, it is recommended to replace it to avoid increasing the brown rice damage rate.
4. Check the bearing and impeller of large bran fan once every 6 months.
5. Every 30 days, check whether there is looseness in each moving part of the coarse grain gravity screen? The bearings shall be oiled and maintained once.
6. The rice crusher checks the sieve plate and pressing screen bar every 30 days. The accessories are worn parts. The sand roller and screw propeller are replaced every 12 months. Otherwise, the rice processing accuracy will be affected.
7. The rice husk crusher is a high wear equipment. It should open the cover every 15 days or no more than 30 days to check the hammer, pin, spacer, pin shaft, impeller and screen. If the above wear parts are not replaced for a long time, the internal parts will fall off and cause mechanical damage. This accessory is not covered by the warranty.
8. Other pipes and cable switches shall be checked irregularly, and leakage protection switch shall be in good working condition.
