A6: We provide you Free samples in stock, you just need to pay the freight cost. Also you can provide your Courier account like DHL, UPS, TNT, FeDex or you can call your courier to pick up from our office. For customized samples, cost is depend on your design(including size, material, printing and so on), sample delivery time around 15-20 days.

Q7. When we create our own artwork design, what kind of format is available for you?
A7: The popular format: AI, JPEG, CDR, PDF, PSD. No less than 300DPI, the higher, the better.
