1. How does the wheel balancer work? What are the functions of the main components? 
Piezoelectric sensor get "vibration" signal and send it to CPU. Encoder board get "position" signal and send it to CPU. CPU calculate imbalance based on these signals, wheel dimensions and balancing mode. (Please contact us if you have more questions on this topic)

2. Why sometimes the balancer is accurate in DYNAMIC but not in ALU? 
Because in Dynamic it's easy to place the weight in correct position.

3. How to properly mount the wheel on balancer in order to get good balancing result? 
Two key points: First use the hand to assist the wheel in straight position, not tilting on the shaft.
