Details of Car Bench BT-5515:1Q345 steel plate for main bench. Platform beam is made by 18# channel steel with rib plate stuffed. The bottom plate with 10mm plate welded. Platform inside is filled with all rib plate, to guarantee the strength of the platform when stretching.2
With olecranon guide ring, easy Locking with the tower when it working, to avoid loosing and sliding up of the guide ring because of long time use.3
The length of the bolt is shorter and make it fixed smoother. Bolts is made of 45# steel after quenching, galvanized surface, to ensure that it has high strength and abrasion resistance.4
