Yes, We do. And, we have experienced designers and sewers who can make custom made bags too.
 
2.What's your MOQ(Minimum Order Quantity)?
Our MOQ is 1000pcs as usual. For small quantity order, we could accept 500-1000pcs with stock colors or material.
 
3.How to control the quality?

OPP bag, packing, unqualified persons, singled out, rework 
2)All goods into the box by former QC inspection, qualified QC chapters cover, storage 
3)Production business unit shipment notification good salesman box inspection, a qualified signature check, unqualified, rework and then repeat the above action 

4.Can you accept customized logo?
Surely, Custom logo can be made with silkscreen printing, heat transfer printing, rubber patch and metal plate. For large order, custom logo can be made on zipper-puller or other accessories.
