Q2. What kind of payment terms are accepted? Following payments are accepted by our group a. T/T ( Telegraphic Transfer ) b. L/C ( Letter of credit ) Q3. When can the goods be delivered after order is placed? Depends on various products, it can be from 20 days to 45 days, exact delivery time will be specified in proforma invoice once order is confirmed.
Q4. How long it takes before customers can receive the goods? Besides production time mentioned above,it will take 10 to 20 days for the ship to Southeast Asia, and 20 to 35 days to Europe, The United States or Africa.
Q5. Are items shown on website ready to deliver after order is placed? Our company has some finished products that can be delivereddirectly. But custom Cabinets/ wardrobes must be deliveredafter the product is finished in our factory. Once the order is confirmed, the furnitures will be in production immediately. Please contact our staff for detailed information.
Q6. How is your Quality Control? First, we rely on various standards to produce our products and obtain various certificates, such as F4 Star(Japan), SGS (Switzerland) and CARB & NAF (America). Second, we had built the strategic cooperation relationship with the world-leading material suppliers, included machine, edge band, surface finish, hardware, etc. Ensure that HOLIKE provides the superior quality products to our customers. Third, We not only have large production capacity, but also carry out precision manufacturing. High end processing equipment and automatic production line provide a strong guarantee for HOLIKE's product quality, sunch as Germany-Homag engraving machine, Germany-Wemhoener blister machine, Italy-Biesse Drilling equipment and so on. Finally, once the order are confirmed, we would check the material by sample which should be strictly the same as mass production. -We will be tracing the different phase of production from the beginning. -Every product quality checked before packing. -Before delivery clients could send one QC or point the third party to check the quality. We will try our best to help clients when problem occurred.
Q7. How is your After Sales Service? Shipment and sample quality tracking includes lifetime. -Any small problem happening in our furniture will be solved at the most prompt time. -We always offer relative technical support. Quick response, all your inquiry will be replied within 24 hours.
Q8. How can I get quotation and make order? Send us your rooms dimensions and requests (or send you plan), we will make the design and then quote exactly cost. Proforma invoice will be issued once order is confirmed and production will be started once advance payment is finalized.
