Mesh Chain conveyor

Mesh Chain conveyor can be divided into steel mesh chain conveyor and metal mesh conveyor, it can be horizontal, inclined and vertical, conveying lines are normally fixed.
Main features: 1. Large conveying capacity; 2. Low conveying energy consumption; 3. Sealed and safe; 4. Long service life; 5. Process layout also can be added lift baffle, side baffle and other accessories to meet various technological requirements.
Conveyor materials: A3 low carbon steel, 201 stainless steel, 304 stainless steel, etc.
We use plastic modification to meet the conveying requirements under the environmental temperature between -10ºC to 120ºC, the mesh belt section 12.7, 19.05, 25.4, 27.2, 38.1, 50.8 are available.
Driving mode: Reduction motor drive;
Speed control mode: Frequency control, variable speed control.
Frame materials: stainless steel, carbon steel.
Main features: Large conveying capacity, the maximum conveying capacity up to 526m3/h, maximum inclination angle up to 60 degree, suffering high temperature, conveying the temperature less than 600ºC of materials.
The conveyor chain consists of traction chain, loading chain and the hopper of positive lap or opposite lap, the three parts are free loading and unloading.
The bearing roller with rolling bearings and the rolling friction replaces the sliding friction, it decreases the running resistance by 55%-65%, which greatly reduces the power and energy consumption of the conveyor.
The traction chain and loading chain will be divided, it makes structure simple and reduces the cost greatly, more convenient for installation and maintenance.
Long service life: the traction chain consists of long pitch, sleeve rolling chain, each parts of chains is made of alloy steel, and processed by heat treatment, so it's very wear-resistant, the part of conveying and the weight of material will be borne by bearing parts, Chains no longer carry weight and it reduces the abrasion. The process layout is settled by many sections horizontal and inclined combination.
