Base belt is composed with top cover, bottom cover, fabric reinforcement and cross rigid sheet.

• Oil Resistant 1:  NBR (nitrile butadiene rubber) Excellent resistances to abrasions and tearing. Resistant to oils, except aromatic solvents, halogenated hydrocarbons, ketones and esters. 
• Oil Resistant 2:  NBR + NR (natural rubber) Mild oil resistance. Used in applications requiring resistances to oil and cold, such as transporting wood chips, frozen fish, cereal or grains. 
• Oil Resistant 3:  PVC + NBR polyblend High degree of oil resistance, for use at temperatures up to about 80°C. Suitable for raw or packaged food conveyance.

A:SR Belting has 11 production lines and its capacity is 5000meters per day.

A: It is 20 ~ 25days for regular belts.

A: M.O.Q is 1*20GP.  The less quantity is ok but its cost will be higher.

Q: Do you have belt warranty?

A: At least 12months service life for regular belt. HR T4+ belt 3~6month.
