Product Description

Applying to the acquisition of high-quality serum specimen for biochemical, immunological and serum clinical examination. Serum separetion gel is a kind of semi-solid inert gel, composed of severalcompounds and synthesized by medical polymeric material. After blood centrifugation, the specimen can be seperated into serum (top), separation gel (middle)  and blood corpuscle (lower). In the middle of the tube, a thick layer of separation gel can completely isolate serum from blood corpuscle, so as to ensure the purity of serum.
When blood was collected to serum separation tube, we should immediately invert the tube gently for 3-5 times (so as to mix blood fully with coagulant). After the blood completely solidfied (usually for neary 18 minutes), the tube was put into the centrifuge, making sure that the speed of rotation would be 3000-5000 r/min, and after 5-10 minutes we could get the serum we needed. And then we put the tube directly into the automatic bilchemical analyzer to carry out biochemical test.
