HBB High Speed Deep Groove Ball Bearing for Stranding Machine
From the beginning of designing and developing strander bearing, HBB had a goal to manufacture those bearings under global advanced standard. Until now we have developed bearings 61868, 61880, 61892, 61896, 618/530, 618/630, 618/750, 618/980 which gained high recognition and good reputation among our clients. At present our strander bearings have these features: high rotary speed, high accuracy, long service life, low vibration and low noise.



The production and processing accuracy all reach P4 standard after the bearing is integrally designed and cage is weight lightened. The revolving speed has reached or even exceeded the same type of European suppliers. For example, the designed limit speed of 61868P53 is 2400rpm while the actual can reach 2000rpm. The designing speed of 618/630P53 can reach 1100rpm and the actual can reach 900rpm. Under 100% designing loading, our bearings life is up to 5 years.

Currently the global high speed tubular stranding machine adopts 618XX series of N18 series bearings, HBB can manufacture both series as standard.
