Q: Do you charge for providing sample?
A: Yes, we do. And because too many clients are asking for samples during this special period, we can provide 1pc of each style maximum.

Q: Sample charge?
A: 50usd/set including shipping charge.

Q: Will you refund it?
A: Yes. We will refund the sample fee when the order qty reaches 10,000pcs in one go.

Q: What's the sample time?
A: 2 days.

Q: What is the MOQ of one order?
A: 3,000pcs.

Q: What's the lead time normally?
A: Depends on qty you may need. We have 20,000sets as regular stock, if more than this, depends on qty because time for organizing material affect lead time quite a lot.
FYI, the estimated lead time is as following:
•    MOQ-30,000pcs  2-3 days.
•    30,000-50,000pcs  3-5 days.
•    50,000-100,000pcs  5-10 days.
•    More than 100,000pcs, negotiable.
 (since our recent order volume is very big, pls confirm with us before placing order)

Q: What are your payment options?
A: Normally we accept T/T, L/C for mass goods.

• T/T (Most frequently used): Normally 30% deposit before production starts, remaining balance of 70% to be paid before delivery(Whether by air or sea). 
• L/C: L/C is suggested for large orders.
• Western Union and PayPal can be used for sample charges only.

Q: Which shipping options can you provide?
A: Any shipping options include sea shipping, air shipping, express (DHL, TNT, UPS, FedEx, etc). If you are from inland country for example: Mongolia, we can also ship by train.

Q: Which shipping port do you normally use?
A: Shanghai port is what we use mostly since it is the closest port to us.

Q: Can you use forwarding company I usually cooperate?
A: Yes sure.

Q: When should I arrange the shipping?
A: If you will appoint a forwarding company, you can ask them to contact us 10-15 days before the delivery date. If we meet the Chinese New Year holiday, please give an advance to 15-25 days earlier so that we will have plenty of time to book a vessel and arrange the trucking company. 
If you agree to use our forwarding company, just leave everything to us. We will arrange everything for you.
