Product Description

ML series of plum shaped elastic coupling is mainly composed of two convex teeth closely meshed and subjected to radial extrusion to transfer torque, when the two axis relative offset of the elastic element, corresponding elastic deformation, to play the role of automatic compensation. Plum shaped elastic coupling is mainly suitable for frequent starting, reversing, high speed, medium torque and high reliability requirements of the workplace, such as metallurgy, mine, petroleum, chemical industry, lifting, transportation, light industry, textile, water pump, fan etc.. Working environment temperature of -35 degrees C ~ +80 C, the nominal torque of 25 ~ 12500Nm, allowable speed of 1500 ~ 15300r/min.
Compared with other couplings, the flexible coupling has the following characteristics:
(1) the work is stable and reliable, with good damping, buffer and electrical insulation properties.
(2) the structure is simple, the radial size is small, the weight is light, the moment of inertia is small, which is suitable for middle and high speed occasions.
(3) with a large axial, radial and angular compensation capability.
(4) the high strength polyurethane elastic component is resistant to wear and oil, which has large bearing capacity, long service life, safety and reliability.
(5) the coupling does not need to be lubricated, the maintenance workload is little, but can run continuously for a long time.
