Roller shell, commonly known as roller, is one of the main work parts in pellet mill and is applied for processing various kinds of biomass fuel granule, animal feed pellet and other pellets. It is made of wear resistant alloy steel with carburization heat treatment, featuring even hardness and long service life. It is divided into tooth through type, tooth no through type and pass type. Rolling parts such as inner eccentric shaft are precise in size, facilitating space adjustment by customers between roller and ring die according to production requirement. It is also characterized by ease of mounting and replacing.
Notice:
1.Select correctly appropriate die hole compression ratio
2.Correctly adjust the working clearance between ring die and roller, from 0.1 to 0.3 suitable.(after new pellet mill being switched on, roller, driven by ring die, getting into a state of prerunning,but not rotating.)
3.New ring die should match new roller to use.Roller connecting with ring die must be loose in front and tight in back.When roller two sides appear sharp corners, it should be timely used hand grinder to blunt the flange part so as to have a good connection of roller and ring die.
4.Before raw material fed into pellet mill,precleaning and magnetic separation treatment is necessary in order to minimize iron impurities of getting into die hole.Checking regularly the die hole is also essential to see whether the die is blocked and accordingly clean the blocked die hole.
5. If plastic deformation happens to ring die guiding material cone hole,causing hole shrinking, it must be repaired.During repairing, pay attention to that ring die inner surface lowest height must be 2mm higher than the bottom of overtravel groove.In addition,the eccentric shaft adjusting must allows an extra, otherwise ring die should be scraped.Small tips from FDSP: How to prolong the service life of ring dieThe ring die of the granulator plays an important role, whether the ring die is normal or not determines the formation of particles. Incorrect use and operation of the method is easy to cause granulator ring die cracking, affect the normal production. Effectively enhance the output of the ring die, in addition to the quality of the ring mold itself, the correct operation and maintenance can effectively improve the life of the ring mold.One. Carry out regular maintenance of granulator1.Because the granulator is the main equipment of the feed factory, first of all, the factory should carry out daily, weekly and monthly maintenance work on the main equipment to ensure that the granulator maintains a good, stable and non-beating working state. If there is any obstacle of equipment or any worn spare parts special like transmission wheel and spindle beating wear, should be timely maintenance replacement parts, to ensure the normal use of concentric circle ring die.
2.An iron suction device shall be installed at the feed inlet to prevent metal objects from falling into the pelletizing chamber, causing serious damage to the ring die and cracking.
3.When installing the ring die, the wear of the transmission key, the Hoop, the wear-resistant lining ring of the transmission wheel, the wear-resistant lining ring at both ends of the roller shaft, the gap-adjusting wheel, the feeding blade and the cutting knife in the granulating chamber should be checked and replaced in timely, to keep the granulator running normally. If the hoop wear can not hold the ring die tightly, the vibration of the granulator will be aggravated, which will seriously affect the service life of the ring die and even cause the ring die to crack, so it should be replaced in time, and the wear of feeding scraper will decrease the production capacity.Two. repair of ring die1.Because of the different kinds of feed produced, it involves the different ring die material, the rate of opening, the inner taper hole, the effective length of the mould hole and the design of the decompression hole. 2.It is necessary to replace the new press roll produced by concentric grinding when using the new ring die for shrimp feed.
3.The gap between the roller and the ring die must be controlled between 0.1-0.3 mm. Do not let the eccentric roller touch the surface of the ring die or one side gap is too large which is not easy to find by eyes when installation, so as not to cause ring die and roller wear aggravate or no material phenomenon.
4.When the granulator starts, the feeding rate must be from low speed to high speed, do not start with high-speed operation, resulting in the ring die and granulator 's damage or ring die plugging due to sudden overload.Three. maintenance of ring die 1.When the ring die is not in use for a period of time, the original feed should be extruded with non-corrosive oil, otherwise, the heat of the ring die will dry and harden the feed left in the die hole, resulting in the following situations: (1) The die hole is blocked at the beginning of operation, (2) the ring die will crack because the high pressure the ring die under; (3) the hole of the ring die is blocked, the output is reduced and the benefit is reduced.
2.After using the ring mould for a period of time, check whether there is part protruding part in the inner surface of the ring mould. If there is such a phenomenon, the protruding part should be worn off by a grinder to ensure the output of the ring mould and the service life of the press roller
3.If the die hole is blocked and the feed can not going out, the ring die can be soaked or boiled by oil then granulate again, if it doesn't works, use an electric drill to make the blocked material out, then use oily materials with fine sands to grinding and polishing.
4.When loading or unloading ring dies, the surface of the ring dies shall not be beaten with hard steel tools such as hammers.
5.Record the working life of the ring mould in each shift so as to calculate the working life of the ring mould.
6.Ring die must be stored in a dry, clean place, if stored in a wet place, will produce die hole corrosion, and reduce the service life of the ring die or can not produce feed.
