1. Our SMD LEDs use copper base and gold wire which provide good heat dispersion,long life span and low luminous decay.

2. Our flexible PCB are all high quality double layers PCB,at least 2 ounces,or 3 ounces in particular models.

3. We always require same bin number SMD LEDS for different production batches for the same customer.

4. We have Everfine integrating sphere to test the color temperature of SMD and put it in our QC records for every batch normally 5 SDCM LED is +/-100K.

Product Superiorities

1. About the crees,we use copper brackets which have the good functions of anti oxygen,electric conduction and heat radiation instead of the iron brackets that easily gather rust.  
We use square chips (9*15) not the round which is instable and easy to die light and pure gold wire to avoid oxidation.

Q1. What kind of led chips do you use for your led strips?
Myniceled mostly use Epistar/San'an brand led chips. We can do other brand chips according to customer's request, for example, Samsung, Seoul etc. led chips. All of these led chips are in high quality. We only focus on high quality product.

Q2. Can you always keep the uniformity of your color temperatures?
Myniceled always keep the same bin color temperature for all our led strip lights. It's very important to our customers.

Q3. Can you design pcb board for customers?
Myniceled have our own engineer team. Whatever flexible strip pcb or rigid strip pcb, our engieer team can draw greber files for customers in the first time. We welcome all OEM and ODM orders from all over the world.

Q4. What's the warranty of your products?
We're so happy with the quality of our product, we offer a 3-year warranty on all of our LED strips to all of our clients. The warranty on power supplies ranges from 2 to 7 years which is model dependent.  

Q5. What certificate do you have?
All of our led strips are with CE & ROHS certified for European customers. We also have got UL/CUL listed for the North American market. And we have BIS certification for India market. 

Q6. Please let me know if it is possible to apply for a multiple listing of your UL File#?
Multiple listing is available on you for mass order. 

Q7. How long it takes for multiple listing?
It takes about 3-4 weeks. Therefore, it can be started after you placed the mass order.

Q8. How long will it take to receive my order?
We begin to process your order as soon as we get your payment. Usually, sample order takes 3-5 days. Mass order takes 10-15 days. We usually ship by DHL or UPS, takes about 5 days.
