Single Roll Maize PolisherProduct Introduction:
  Single roll maize polisher is used for remvoing the bran powder sticking on the corn to make it clean and have brighter color.
Features and advantages:
   1. High yield and high efficiency.  Single throw the yield can reach 4.5-6.5 tons/hour and double yield can reach 6-8 tons/hour.
   2. Extended polishing components made of stainless steel. The roller surface is adopted with special treatment, combined with the highly wear-resistant sieve slice. The corn after polishing has high precision, low temperature and low broken increasement.
   3. A number of adjustable aerosol spray device make it water fully and evenly, receiving the best polisng effect.
   4. Intelligent ammter, imported negative pressure meter and an air door regulating device, polishing process in a negative pressure state quantization with easy and reliable adjustment.
   5. Sieve tray, carefully designed, convenient maintenance and easy disassembly.

     Packaging: 
    All machines covered by plastic film firstly and then packed in wooden case to best protect the machine during long time transportation.
