PVC pipe production line, we can supply different machines for diameter from 16mm to 800mm .

Zhangjiagang city Beierman Machinery 110-500mm PVC pipe extrusion line  , with GF series auxiliary machinery, specially designed for PVC pipe, is mainly used in the area of agricultural water supply system, architectural water supply system, pavement of cables, etc .

The main conical twin screw extruder is a kind of special equipment for raw material PVC powder to extrude pipe.

The screw has applied oil cooling system, barrel is cooled by special wind cooling system, and the system is specially compute controlled. According to customer's requirements, most reasonable screw can be made in order to achieve best plasticity state and material quality, that is easier to extrude pipe.

For different diameter range pipe,will be equipped with corresponding different production lines.
we can supply PVC pipe production lines for diameter:
16mm,20mm,25mm,32mm,40mm,50mm,63mm,
75mm,90mm,110mm,125mm,160mm,200mm,250mm,280mm,315mm,355mm,400mm,

the 110-500mm complete PVC pipe production line will include:
1,DTC-1000 screw conveyor;
2,SRL-Z500/1000 PVC powder hot/cold mixer unit;
3,DTC-1000 screw conveyor;
4,SJSZ80/156 conical twin screw extruder;
5, 2sets mould :1set for 110-200mm, 1set for 200-500mm 
6, 110-500mm vacuum forming tank
7, 110-500mm six caterpillars haul off machine
8, 110-200mm planetary cutting machine+ 200-500mm planetary cutting machine;
9, stacker(or belling machine,up to customer's choice)
    if belling machine,will setlle 2sets belling machine:1set SGK200 for 110-200mm, 1set SGK500 for 200-500mm.
