The oven is used to dry the products. The moister in the food which come out of the extruder is about 30-35%.

With the dry of the dryer, the moister can get down below 16% and this is easy to be storage for long time.

There are heating system and convey system. Sometimes there is also blower here in order to dry the food fast

according to the condition. The heating way is using burning gas. The hot air through the big air fan to go into the

downstairs pipes and distribute, the moister can be taken out of the food. There are seven layers belt in the

convey system and this can save space.   The belt is driven by the chain while the motor are driven by the

transducer, so this is working steady.   Heating: by Gas burning, consumption amount: 8-10m3/h

The burner is automatic working, once the temperature reaches the setting temperature, it will stop burning and

when the temperature not same as the setting one, it will open automatically, efficiency, safe and saving energy
