Product Description

Workover rigs are the most basic and most important power source in well intervention and underground operations, it's purpose is to replace a well with a fresh completion. BOBAN XJ250 mobile workover rigs with features like high operates efficiency with fast moving speed, easy to use and maintenance.

BBXJ250 workover rig is a mobile truck-mounted workover equipment, with maximum 675KN hook load, 18m, 21m, and 23m mask heights and also can be produced according to client's needs. Good bodywork special working device for well workover operations.

Chassis: Special self-propelled chassis, 6×4 drive mode, with flexible movement and good off-road performance.

Power system: High-speed diesel engine, hydraulic mechanical transmission structure; 175KW~213KW engine to provide excellent performance; standard configuration BY350 hydraulic transmission.

Mast assembly: double-section telescopic mask, hydraulic lifting and telescopic. The inclination angle is 5.5º, which is adjusted by adjusting the screw; the crane is an integral box structure, and the crane platform is equipped with a guardrail.

Winch assembly: Single drum structure, maximum 120KN lifting pull, belt or disc brake, air-cooled structure.

Reversing valve: Adopts dual control structure of air control and manual control, which is easy to operate and labor-saving, and also concise pipeline layout.
