Product Description

[Introduction]
ZDY4500LFK full hydraulic crawler drilling rig is an electronically controlled intelligent drilling rig for underground coal mines. It is mainly used for automatic (or remote control) construction of outburst prevention and pressure relief borehole drilling in dangerous areas such gas outburst and high pressure rock burst zone. The drill can also be used for underground gas extraction, water exploration and drainage, geological structure detection and other drilling construction.



[Description]
ZDY4500LFK has high automation and reliable operation level, which can realize automatic loading and unloading of drill pipe within the range of -30 ~ +90° inclination angle. The drilling rig can carry 45φ73mm drill pipes, and 45 drill pipes can be continuous loaded and unloaded within one round. The loading and unloading process of drill pipe can be completed by an operator independently, which not only improves the safety and total construction efficiency, but also reduces the labor intensity of operators. The drilling rig is operated by remote control, so that the drilling personnel can stay away from the borehole, which improves the safety level when drilling in gas outburst and high ground pressure impact zone. The electric-hydraulic integration scheme adopted by the drilling rig takes the electric-control remote controller as the main control mode, which enables one person to operate multiple rigs at the same time and improves the operation efficiency. The hydraulic system of the drilling rig adopts load sensing and constant power control technology, which has the characteristics of significant energy saving, high reliability and easy operation.
