BRW125/20 emulsion pump

Introduction
The BRW125/20 emulsion pump product series is based on the general crankcase and derives the corresponding pressure parameters. This series of pumps and emulsion tanks constitute an emulsion pumping station, which is mainly used for medium and thick coal seam comprehensive mechanized coal mining hydraulic support. The power source can also be used for other hydraulic equipment with the same ground working fluid.
The pump is driven by an explosion-proof asynchronous motor (BRW125/20 with 55KW, BRW125/31.5 with 75KW) through a tire-type coupling. The pump station consists of two pumps and one box. One pump is used, one pump is reserved, and two machines can be used at the same time.

Introduction
The valve is the pressure control and overload protection component of the pump station. During operation, the liquid discharged from the pump passes through the check valve of the unloading valve and enters the liquid supply system. When the system is abnormal or the working surface does not need to supply liquid, and the system pressure exceeds the highest value of the set pressure, the control flow automatically opens the unloading valve port, and the pump discharges the liquid back to the emulsion tank, so that the pump is in the no-load cycle; When the system pressure is lower than the recovery pressure set by the unloading valve, the unloading valve port is automatically closed to return the pump to normal circulation.
Technical advantages
The sealing type of this valve is a metal cone seal type. Both the spool and the seat are made of stainless steel. It has strong anti-fouling performance, reliable sealing, long service life, easy disassembly and assembly, and easy replacement and maintenance
