Melt-Blown Nonwoven Extrusion Machine for Face Mask

Melt-blown process is: a one-step process in which high-velocity air blows molten thermoplastic resin from an extruder die tip onto a conveyor or takeup screen to form a fine fibered self-bonded web'. Melt-blown microfibers generally have an average fiber diameter range of 2-4 μm, although they may be as low as 0.3-0.6 μm and as high as 15-20 μm.

This machine is mainly used for extruding PP high soluble fat melt spraying cloth, it can process PP melt spraying non-woven cloth for mask by cooperating with corresponding auxiliary machine (including forming machine head spinneret).
