Plate dryer working principle: Wet materials are fed continuously from a screw feeder onto the top plate of the dryer, they will be turned and stirred by rakes when the rake arm as rotational motion. The material flow past drying plate surface along index helix, the small drying plate material drop down to the outer edge of the large drying plate, and will be moved inward and drop down from its central hole to the small drying plate on the next layer. Both small and large drying plates are arranged alternately so as materials can go through the whole dryer continuously. The material media which could be informs of saturated steam, hot water or conducting oil will be led into hollow drying plate from one end to the other end of the dryer. The dried material will drop from the last layer of the drying plate to the bottom layer of the shell body, and will be moved by rakes to the discharge port. The moisture escapes from material and will be removed from the moist discharge port on the top cover, the dried material discharged from the bottom layer can be packed directly.

3, Plate surface has many residual materials and scraping is not clean: The other company still using the original repression scraper, horizontal knife easy to stock material, and knife surface will bending directly, and scraper self weight is too light, like this the residual material will be more and hard to scrape. Improved many times by our company on scraper, we use manual welding with thick steel plate, vertical to the plate surface drilling looper in rake arm rotate more flexible. 4. Two steel plate middle with round steel support, flank arc transition, consistent with the high degree of the plate surface. Thereby solving the problem of stacking material and also to avoid the accumulation of material.
Heating source inlet-outlet way: The other manufacturers' plate dryer is single inlet, steam inside of the plate will have short circuit, and material is not dried evenly. Our plate dryer is double-inlet, double-outlet, make the hot air more evenly, thermal efficiency is greatly increase.
