PLC lab twin screw extruder


The lab twin screw extruder is with PLC touch screen control system, every cylinder heating zone temperature can be set and controlled. Double screw rotation speed and feed screw speed can be controlled dynamically and intelligently, with intuitive interface, easy operation and high degree of automation.

The lab twin screw extruder is appropriate for the mixing processing, experiment of different kinds of plastics and color masterbatch. It is featured by plasticizing homogeneity, color proofing and filling modification.

Specification:
1.Direction of screw: Parallel and the same direction
2.Compound mode: The compound mode of the screw suite is building block spiral and that of the machine barrel is multi-section.

4.Cooling facility: Soft water circulating cooling is adopted in the whole section of the charging barrel.
