The frying snack machine adopts corn powder, corn starch, potato starch, cassava starch, wheat flour and other high starch content materials for production. It can be used for producing many kinds pellet chips snacks food, such as Bugles, Screws, Shells, 2D chips, 3D pellets, Cakes, Tortilla, and Doritos, and so on.

According to customers' special demand of the final snacks food products, we can equipment different configuration lines. For different materials, we will recommend twin screw extrusion line or single screw extrusion line, and then shaping, frying and flavoring.

6. Packaging and Delivery:

A. We will pack all necessary machines into wooden cases. For drying machine, and heavy extruders, we will fix them in the container with very strong iron wire.

B. If by LCL for small quantity machines, we will let send to QINGDAO port for loading.

C. If need containers, our trucks will take the containers from port to our factory for professional and safely loading, and then return to port for shipment. Frying snack machine.
