Application:
      PVC plastics floor sheet calendaring line is used to produce the underlying material of top grade new type floor sheet and wall sheet which the thickness is 4.5mm or 5.5mm.
 
Features:
      1.Using automatic weighing measurement system to ensure each formula of measuring is of high precision.
      2.Using closed type mixer for rubber plasticizing, with good dispersion effect, high  efficiency and no dust to environment.
      3.Sheeting machine with two horizontal roll, it is easy to operate, and the operation cost is low.
      4.The sheeting machine roll round is drilled and surface plating tungsten carbide, Strong wear-resisting and the roll surface temperature error is small.
     5.Roller bearing adopts D precision double row tapered roller bearing with inner hole is 1:12, it has high centering precision, and the products error will less than 0.01 mm.
      6.Sheeting machine uses single motor single roll to drive a DC controller, it can make the surface of product smoothly and the machine will work stable and reliable.
