Main Features
The rotary dryer is mainly used for separating and pre-drying of 3D pellets. It receives the raw pellets by conveyor. Hot air is circulating inside the drum to provide heat and dry the pellets while tumbling. The drying temperature and time are adjustable as demands. After require time, the pellets(now already separated)is discharged at the end of drum then conveyed to the sifter via a connecting conveyor.

Main Features
This series of dryer is mainly used to decrease the moisture of various shapes extruded pellets, like fried 2D pellets like screw, shell, spiral, crisp pea, square tube, round tube, waved chips, compound chips, shrimp chips, 3D pellets, bugles, pani puri etc. Users can choose different types with different layer, layer, layer, length, and heating mode.
Ithascompact design and easy operation.
The oven is droved with double pitch roller chain and heats materials circularly. It runs smoothly, never obstruction.
Roasting temperature and time can be adjusted,effect of roasting is perfect.
Withhigh efficiency fuel saving system, reasonable heat distribution, material is heated equally, low energy but large output.
