Working Principle
Hydrocyclone is named as cyclone and hydraulic cyclone. A number of hydrocyclones work together and it is named as hydrocyclone cluster.
Under the effect of pressure, the slurry enters the shell through the feeding pipe in worm-shaped direction, and makes the circumnutation in the shell. The coarse particles or the dense particles get to the periphery of rotary current because of bigger centrifugal force and turn into sanding through the spigot. Due to the smaller centrifugal force, the fine particles will stay in the middle of the rotary current and move up along with the flow, and finally become overflow discharged from the overflow pipe.
FX hydrocyclone is a kind of new high effective hydrocyclone with adjustable feeding port and spigot and has reached the world advanced level. It's more suitable for classifying and dewatering. Three kinds of cyclone:10°,15°and 20° are available.

Features
Square tubular feeding forms make the material closer to the inner wall of the cyclone, which minimizes the resistance of the feeding ore, maximizes the divergence of the material and minimizes the wear on the feeding box.
Unique cone adjusting device at the feeding inlet can adjust the size of hydrocyclone's entrance quickly, therefore the efficiency of classification is improved.

Application Scope
Spiral classifier is one of the most commonly used mining equipment, which is widely used in mineral processing, construction materials, silicate and chemical industries. In the production of small scale, medium scale or large scale mineral processing plants, it is generally used as the classifying machine thickening machine or dewatering machine for metal ores of gold, silver, copper, lead, zinc, nickel, manganese, iron, molybdenum, chromium, tin and others, as well as limestone, barite, quartz, graphite, feldspar, fluorspar, etc.
