JR88-A two-way stretch blow molding machine is used for heat CPET Pre-form in heating boxer, then stretch by the stretching bar, meanwhile blowing to produce final bottles.
It can be widely used for package products such as food, medicine, cosmetic and beverage. This kind of machine is renew and improved constantly in the product design and manufacture which is oriented by the advanced science and technology, according to the market need. It has the advantages of compact structure, less power consumption, economic, is convenient for operating and maintenance. It can blow all kinds of plastic containers with different shape. It is has the following characteristics.
It is equipped with automatic control device (temperature control instrument, time-delay device)
It adopts pneumatic actuator. The air compressor can be multi-used.
The stretch part is stretched directly by the stretching cylinder (the stretch cylinder and closing cylinder are fixed up together)
The locked mould adopts the cylinder to push curved bar. It has advantage of strong force of locking mould, long stroke distance, quick movement, and stable running, less abrasion.
The stretch and closing speed can infinite speed variation by using booster.
Discharge gas evacuate by the muffler, reduce the noise greatly.
Three-layer adjustable heater is used for heating pre-form ,it can be used for any long or short pre-forms.
It can be controlled both by manual and semi-automatic operation, which is convenient for setting up, production and maintenance.
Strong adaptability ,It can also been used for post forming of medicine bottle made of  polypropylene and polythene.
