Atos AGIS, HS, KS direct acting sequence valve:

First, according to the choice of pipeline parameters select the diameter specification (ie DN) and interface mode of the solenoid valve according to the pipeline parameters.

1. corrosive fluid: should choose corrosion-resistant solenoid valve and all stainless steel; edible ultra-clean fluid: food grade stainless steel solenoid valve should be used.

2. high temperature fluid: to choose the use of high temperature resistant electrical materials and sealing materials made of solenoid valves, and to choose the type of piston structure.
3. the fluid state: large to have a gaseous state, liquid or mixed state, especially when the caliber is larger than DN25 when ordering must be distinguished.




They are called sequence valves, back pressure valves, unloading valves and balancing valves. The performance of the sequence valve is basically the same as that of the relief valve, but due to the different functions, there are special requirements for the sequence valve:

(1) In order to make the actuator accurately perform the sequential action, the sequence valve has high pressure regulation accuracy and small deviation;

(2) For the accuracy of the sequential action, the amount of internal leakage when the valve is closed is required to be small;

(3) For the one-way sequence valve, the reverse pressure loss and the forward pressure loss value should be small.

The main functions of the sequence valve are:

(1) controlling the sequential actions of multiple components;

(2) for holding pressure circuit;

(3) to prevent the cylinder piston from falling freely due to its own weight and to be used as a balancing valve;

(4) Using an external control sequence valve as an unloading valve to unload the pump;

(5) Use the internal control sequence valve as the back pressure valve.
