Application : 
Applied for kinds of high viscosity gause mixing and frying such as bakery (jam, lotus paste ,bean paste, fruit jam, compote, jujube paste), meat processing (braised food , meat paste,beef paste, seafood paste ), condiment(hotpot paste, instant noodle sauce, sweet sauce),Sugar , Vegetables (mushroom paste, chilli paste),hotel and fast food (soup, cook food ,meat,congee)

Principle: 

Electromagnetism heating : fast rising temperature, save energy , no pollution , save about 20%-30% power compare to normal electricity heating 
Gas heating: easy control , no limit to electricity 
Steam heating : low cost , but cannot be used for high temperature cooking 
Electricity heating : heat conduct oil , has large heat area, high heat efficiency , stable heat , easily control temperature. 

Structure :
The equipment is electrical heating conduct oil jacket kettle , material contact part is made of SS304 which is in accordance with sanitary food grade. 

All welding has been polished which has beautiful outlook . 

Insulation layer is Aluminum Silicate , it prevent operator been scald, and no need heat all the time or heat frequency . 

The temperature controller are digital display , easy operate . We also equip leakage circuit breacker to keep safe. 

They are large heat area , high heat efficiency , stable heating , short time boiling , heat fast .
