4. Working Principle 

TQLZ series vibratory separator is used for sifting separation of materials, exciting force of high frequency and low amplitude generated by the vibrating motor drives the sieve box to make reciprocating vibration, according to different particle sizes of materials, each sieve cover is quipped with sieve apertures of different shapes and sizes. The sieve cover is divided into two types involving perforated sieve plate and woven screen, of which there are also perforated sieve plates with round hole, long hole and triangle hole. They are optional for the customers.

After passing through the feeding box pressure gate, the materials drop evenly onto the first sieve cover. The tailings are large impurities and discharged from the outlet of large impurities. The throughs drop onto the second sieve cover and the tailings enter the vertical aspirating piping from the outlet and are separated by aspiration. The light impurities and throughs separated from the materials are small impurities and discharged from the outlet of small impurities.
