How to choose diamond saw blade correctly  
We in the use of diamond saw blade will make a selection from many aspects, such as diamond, diamond intensity distribution of concentration, sintering, the sintering process, we will choose suitable diamond saw blade, from these aspects when diamond particle coarse and for a single particle size, sharp blade cutter, cutting efficiency is high, but the diamond caking of bending strength decreased;  When the diamond size is fine or the coarse and fine size is mixed, the saw blade head has high durability but low efficiency.  Considering the above factors, we will give you a brief introduction.  
First, the choice of adhesion  
The performance of the saw blade does not only depend on the diamond, but also depends on the overall performance of the composite material composed of the diamond and the binder.  For marble and other soft stone, the mechanical properties of the tool head are relatively low, and the copper-based binder can be selected.  However, the copper-based binder has low sintering temperature, low strength and hardness, high toughness, and low bonding strength with diamond.  When adding tungsten carbide (WC), WC or W2C is used as the skeleton metal, with an appropriate amount of cobalt to improve the strength, hardness and bonding characteristics, and a small amount of Cu, Sn, Zn and other metals with low melting point and hardness are added as the bonding phase.  The particle size of the main additive component should be smaller than 200 mesh, and the particle size of the additive component should be smaller than 300 mesh.  
Second, the selection of sintering process  
With the increase of temperature, the densification degree of the tire body increases, and the bending strength also increases. With the extension of holding time, the bending strength of the blank tire body and the diamond block first increases and then decreases. The 120s sintering process at 800ºC can be selected to meet the performance requirements.  
Third, the choice of diamond distribution concentration  
In a certain range, when the diamond concentration changes from low to high, the sharpness and cutting efficiency of the saw blade decrease gradually, while the service life is prolonged gradually.  However, if the concentration is too high, the blade will become blunt.  With low concentration and coarse granularity, the efficiency will be improved.  By taking advantage of the different functions of each part of the blade in sawing and using different concentrations (that is, the lower concentration can be used in the middle layer of three or more layers), the middle groove is formed on the blade during the sawing process, which is beneficial to prevent the sawing blade from swaying and improve the processing quality of stone materials.  
IV. Selection of diamond strength  
The strength of diamond is an important index to ensure the cutting performance.  High strength will make the crystal is not easy to break, the abrasive particles are polished in use, sharpness decreased, resulting in deterioration of tool performance;  When the strength of diamond is not enough, it is easy to be broken after impact and difficult to undertake the heavy cutting task.  Therefore, the strength should be between 130 and 140N.
