Product Description

This extrusion line is suitable  for producing all kinds of  PE/PPR pipes  of water supply, draining  or indudtrial cable pipe. The main machine of this extrusion line is the single screw extruder, vacuum forming bath,spray water cooling bath, traction machine, cutter and product stacker. The single screw extruder and tractor machine adopt the imported AC frequency inverter. The  vacuum pump and haul off motor use high quality product. According to different sizes of pipes, there are different designs of traction machine in two, three,four,six, eight, ten and twelve pedrails respectively. There are three designs of cutter in saw cutting,chipless cutting and planetary cutting with PLC control. KEBELN also porovide special machines for producing spiral pipe, hollow pipe and foam-core pipe in PP,PE PE-RT, PPR,PEX by exchanging suitable extruders and accessorial machines. Planetary cutting machine adopts fully automatic computer control, with convenient operation and reliable performance, reached the international leading level.

PPR cool and hot water pipe extrusion line is mainly used by single screw extruder for extruding the pipes with various tube diameters and the wall thickness which have been widely applied in the aspects such as the residential water-supply system, industrial-purpose water conveyance etc. In the international tube developing history, PP-R are the latest popularized goods.

They have the features such as low price, poison less, non-rust, heat-resistant, easy installation etc. The unit is mainly composed of the single screw extruder, vacuum forming table, spray box, extractor, stirring-up rack and so on.
