Carbide tip is made from cobalt powder of thick particles through burning in the vacuum for increasing wear and prolonging service life. 
Special brazing process ensuring a high strength connection between carbide and steel body. 
Pick body was forged by the quality 42CrMo through heat treatment with high strength and increase the life.
