1. Some bulk materials can create static energy during filling and discharging. In order to avoid this, 

    grounded conductive big bags are adopted for filling flammable items. With the bags earthed, the 

    application of the -60KV corona voltage produces a surface potential on bags of less than 5KV.

2. Conductive fibers are interwoven to fabric and webbing. To dissipate electrostatic charge by 

    grounding.

3. Resistance to earth is less than 108ohm. It contains conductive threads and tapes.

 

4. Type C bags can effectively remove the static electricity generated from loading and unloading the 

    products, preventing combustion and explosion.

 

5. The bulk bag is an internally baffled FIBC (flexible intermediate bulk container) with spread strap lift 

loop design, and can contain 25% to 30% more than a conventional super sack of the same height. The 

unique double coated baffle fabrication prevents contamination and is the cleanest in the industry.

  • Type B: Being not capable of generating propagating brush discharges. The wall of this FIBC exhibits a breakdown voltage of 4 kilovolt or less.
  • Type C: Conductive FIBC. Constructed from electrically conductive fabric, designed to control electrostatic charges by grounding. A standard fabric contains conductive threads or tape.
  • Type D: Anti-static FIBCs essentially refer to those bags which have anti-static or static dissipative properties without the requirement of grounding.
