Conveyor belt cleaners help remove bulk material product carry back and prevent it from falling off at various points of the conveyor along the return side of the belt causing various housekeeping and conveyor belt maintenance problems.

Conveyor Polyurethane Blade Primary Belt Cleaner:
 
1. Installation position: head pulley or discharge pulley
2. High wear resistant polyurethane blade does not damage conveyor belt.
3. PU blade is compatible with belt joint, even mechanical joint, such as belt fastener.
4. Both one-piece pu blade and segmented pu blade are available.
 
 
Conveyor Secondary Polyurethane Belt Cleaner:
 
1. Installation position: the bel leaves the head pulley and anywhere down the beltline.
2. High wear resistant polyurethane blade does not damage conveyor belt.
3. PU blade is compatible with belt joint, even mechanical joint, such as belt fastener.
4. Both one-piece pu blade and segmented pu blade are available.
