Suspended Idler is an important part of belt conveyor. The tandem idler has good self balance and can prevent the belt from deviation.
Structural features: the hanging idler group produced by our company is flexibly connected with the idler. The idler group can be connected with the rigid frame such as channel steel and steel pipe through the gripper, or with the flexible frame of steel wire rope. The gripper can be rigid or flexible, and its arc forming characteristics are different due to its different structure. The bearing idler is generally three to five sections. The more sections, the better flexibility and arc forming.

1 . Extremely strong neutral. The supporting rollers of the hanging supporting roller group are flexibly connected. Under adverse circumstances such as misalignment of the blanking center of the belt conveyor or great difference in the installation height on both sides of the frame, the conveyor belt and the materials on it can automatically return to the center line of the conveyor under the action of their own gravity. And the more roller sections and groove angle in the roller group, the better the centering effect.
2. Impact resistance. The supporting rollers of the hanging supporting roller group are flexibly connected. The relative position between the supporting rollers is changeable, which is easy to absorb the impact of large materials and inevitable mechanical vibration. It is suitable for conveying large materials.
3. Reduce noise and be more environmentally friendly. Because it has the characteristics of absorbing mechanical vibration and impact, the conveying noise is reduced.
4. Easy disassembly and installation. The connection with the middle frame (whether rigid or flexible) is hanging, so it is convenient to disassemble and is more suitable for installation and use in a narrow roadway space.
5. The equal length idler is suitable for a wide range of bandwidth. For example, 450mm idler, two sections can be connected in series to form a V-shaped idler group; Three sections of adaptive bandwidth 1000mm-1200mm; Four sections are suitable for the bandwidth of 1400mm-1600mm; Five sections are applicable to the bandwidth of 1800mm-2200mm; The six sections are suitable for the bandwidth of 2400mm-2600mm.
6. High conveying capacity. There is a limit value for the bending angle of the conveyor belt. For the conveyor with large conveying capacity, the installation inclination of the idler group through the fixed belt conveyor generally cannot exceed 45 °, while the five section hanging idler group is adopted, and the idler rolls roll roll twice, and the total roll can reach more than 60 °. Compared with the fixed idler group, the bearing capacity of the suspended idler group with the same bandwidth is greatly increased.
7. The service life of idler with the same roller diameter and shaft diameter is high. Taking the bandwidth of 2200mm as an example, the middle roller of the ordinary bracket type three section roller idler group is 800mm long, and the service life is half shorter than that of the five section suspension idler group with the middle roller length of 600mm
