Machine Introduce :

4. The pump body is forged integrally with acid-resistant and high-quality stainless steel. It adopts a straight-through three-way structure, which can effectively prevent the internal stress from accumulating and avoid cracking.
5. The plunger material is vacuum hardened by 1Cr18Ni9Ti substrate, which is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant and super-hard surface. At the same time, the surface of the plunger is mirror-polished, which improves the surface finish, reduces the wear of the sealing ring and prolongs the service life of the plunger. .
