Description:
Tunnel Oven, an excellent machine for continous baking Toast. cupcake. Pita bread,baguette, humburger, Biscuit, and any other breads, the tunnel oven working on centralized supply wind, gas pipeline is made of copper, with fully stainless steel for the surface, the conveying belt can be customized length & width based on prodcution capacity, different tunnel oven belt can be choosed according to the different baking product , it can be used sololy for baking only as a semi-automatic line or as a fully automatic product line.

4 zones for the tunnel oven sector, heating up sector as the 1st zone, dough raise rapidly zone & dough yeast killing 2nd zone(high temperature killing the yeast inside of the dough, the dough stopped raise when touch the bread lid), baking 3rd zone, the last zone 4th will be the coloring zone for the foods, this zone will be unique, as there will be always add a set of hot air internal circulation for last zone ,so the hot air will becomes the circulated hot air
circuling the bread / cakes , make the whole baking process is a key step to achieve the final color, texture and taste of every type of bakery product.


LPG,CNG,NG or electricity for heat sourcing, direct baking, central hot air supplying baking, buring ratio adjustable baking or hot air circulation baking as different technical data , so as to finding the best baking way for different product baking ,making the most effecient saving the human labor cost, enengry cost.
