Hot and cold cylinder description
Hot and cold cylinder is a kind of stainless steel mixing tank with function of heating, cooling and mixing, as well as heat preservation. We also call it hot and cold urn, or you can call it stainless steel mixing tanks or batch pasteurizer.

How does this Hot and cold cylinder work
Hot and cold cylinders usually heated by steam, electric heating or hot water. There is a jacket between the inne layer and out layer of the cooling and heating tank. This jacket can be dimple jacket or gap jacket. Hot water runs in the Hot and cold cylinders jacket from bottom, and being drainaged out from the top of the jacket. The mixer for the cooling and heating tank is used to accelerate cooling and heating speed.
