 Installation and Commissioning
1  Installation
1.1  The connections of the piping must be properly sealed, leakage of products is not allowed.
1.2  No air leakage can occur in the air piping.

2  Commissioning
2.1  Idle the valve plate firstly, the valve plate should rotate freely.
2.2  Regulate the bidirectional throttle valve or soundproof exhaust valve to rotate the valve plate 80°around shaft through pneumatic actuator.
2.3  Regulate the bidirectional throttle valve to rotate the valve plate 80°to and fro to shut off and open the cylindrical piping, make the plate stay in the setted position.
