In line double filter filter mainly formed by tube, barrel, filter basket, flange, flange cover and fasteners etc. Installed in the pipeline can remove the larger fluid solid impurity, to make the machine equipment (including compressors, pumps, etc) and instrument can work normally, to achieve stabilize technological process, guarantee the safety of production function. 

Usages of Pipe Double Filter
Pipe filter has characteristics of compact structure, great filter capacity, small pressure loss, wide use range and convenient maintenance, etc, its main applicable materials are:
1, weak corrosive materials in chemical and petrochemical production, such as: water, ammonia, oil, hydrocarbon, etc.
2, corrosive materials in chemical production, such as: caustic soda, thick thin sulfuric acid, nitric acid, acetic acid, etc.

 Working Principle of Pipe Double Filter
When the liquid passes through the cylinder into filter basket, solid impurities particle is blocked in the basket, and clean fluid passes the filter basket and educts from the filter export. When need to clean, open the bottom screw, row net fluid, remove the flange cover and repack after cleaning. Therefore, its using maintenance is convenient.
 
Characteristics of Pipe Double Filter
The pipe double filter is composed of two cylinders, inside and outside surfaces are mirror polished, the top is equipped with pressure gauge and air exhaust valve. Pipe joints adopt expansion connection. By 1.0MPa hydrostatic test, the tee male cock flexible for opening and closing. Internal filter is the basket made by punching board, which supports the liquid filter bag. The liquid flows through filter bag and impurity is intercepted in, filter bag can change and clean. This equipment has characteristics of compact structure, convenient operation, and easy maintenance. Two filters used alternately, can replace filter bag without stopping, suitable for long-term continuous production.
