Product Description

The spray gun comprises a gun body and a gun head, which are connected by a connecting mechanism; the gun head comprises a nozzle, in which a number of metal round steels are plug welded; the connecting mechanism comprises a flange and a chain pin, and the nozzle is made into a flat shape; the replacement is convenient, the cost is low, and the gun head can be effectively prevented from falling off and wearing.
 
In the spraying process, improper spray gun operation will affect the spraying effect of the product. Good spraying effect is shown in: 1. Average coating distribution.   2. The coating should not be too thick or too thin.

Several problems to be noticed in spraying:

1.Movement speed of spray gun.
In the spraying operation, the moving speed of the spray gun has a great influence on the coating effect.
1). If the manual spray gun moves too fast, the coating on the surface of the coating is thin and dry, with poor leveling and coarseness;
2). If the moving speed of the manual spray gun is slow, the coating on the surface of the coating must be very late, and it is easy to produce the phenomenon of sagging.
3). The best moving speed of spray gun is that after spraying, the coating on the surface of the coating is full, uniform and wet. This needs to be controlled by operators with certain spraying experience.

2.Control of the trigger.
The gun is controlled by the trigger. The deeper the trigger is pulled, the greater the liquid flow rate. In the process of traditional gun walking, the trigger of electrostatic spraying equipment is always buckled, not half buckled. In order to avoid the accumulation of paint sprayed at the end of each walking gun, experienced painters should slightly loosen the trigger to reduce the paint supply.

3.Orientation of spray gun to substrate surface.
The spray gun should be vertical to the substrate surface, or try to be vertical. If the spray gun is a little askew, the result will surely cause the spray band to flow to one side, while the other side will appear thin and lack of paint, which is likely to cause stripe coating.

4. Distance between spray gun and substrate surface.
For the siphon spray gun, the best working interval is 15 ~ 20cm. If the interval is too close, it may produce flow, and even cause the color inconsistent with the expected when spraying metallic flash paint or pearlescent paint. If it's too far apart. More than 20cm, it may lead to dry spraying, over spraying and poor leveling of the coating. If the metallic flash paint is sprayed, the possibility of color change may also exist. The pressure spray gun can be far away from the base material. Generally, the best interval is 20 to 30 cm. These are the principles that must be followed when spraying construction.

5.Hold the gun.
The gun is held by the palm, thumb, little finger and ring finger, and the middle finger and index finger pull the trigger. Some painters change the way of holding the gun from time to time when they work for a long time. Sometimes they only use their thumbs and palms with their little fingers, sometimes they use their ring fingers to hold the gun, and their middle and index fingers are used to pull the trigger. Electrostatic spraying equipment can alleviate fatigue and improve work efficiency.

Solution to spray gun failure:

Tend Left or Right:
Reason:
1. The fan control hole on one side of the air cap is blocked
2. Air cap damaged

Countermeasures:
1. Cleaning the atomizing cap
2. Replace the atomizing cap

Too thick in the center of spray amplitude:
Reason:
1. The viscosity of the sprayed coating is too high
2. Spraying pressure too low
3. Nozzle diameter and thimble increase and decrease due to wear

Countermeasures:
1. Reduce paint viscosity
2. Increase spraying pressure
3. Replace nozzle set

Spray split:
Reason:
1. Paint viscosity too low
2. Too high spraying pressure
3. The inner diameter of fan control hole is too large
4. Insufficient paint
5. Atomizing air passage blocked

Countermeasures:
1. Improve the viscosity of paint
2. Reduce spraying pressure
3. Replace nozzle set
4. Add enough paint
5. Clean the air passage of the spray gun

Jump gun:
Reason:
1. Nozzle not tightened or installed
2. Gun needle seal kit loose
3. Loose connecting nut of spray gun (lower spray gun)
4. Insufficient paint in the pot
5. Nozzle set damaged

Countermeasures:
1. Tighten the nozzle or clean and install the nozzle package
2. Fastening thimble seal kit
3. Tighten the connecting nut
4. Supplementary coating
5. Replace nozzle set

Upper or lower weight of spray width:
Reason:
1. The air outlet of nozzle, thimble or air cap is blocked by sundries
2. Damaged air cap or nozzle

Countermeasures:
1. Cleaning nozzle set
2. Replace nozzle set

Phenomenon: no paint or a small amount of paint

Reason:
1. The air supplement hole of gun pot cover is blocked or the air cap and suction pipe are seriously blocked
2. There is no paint in the pot
3. Thimble travel too small

Countermeasures:
1. Clean the air supply hole, air cap and suction pipe on the lid
2. Supplementary coating
3. Rotate the paint flow adjusting knob to increase the stroke of needle valve

Coating leakage at nozzle:
Reason:

1. The sealing nut of thimble is too tight
2. Foreign matter in nozzle port
3. Nozzle and thimble are not matched or damaged
4. Thimble return spring broken or not installed

Countermeasures:
1. Loosen the sealing nut of the thimble
2. Clean the nozzle
3. Replace nozzle set
4. Replace the ejector return spring or install the upper ejector return spring
