Machine Introduce :

(1)The aloe vera peeling machine is mainly used for stripping with aloe vera, cactus, etc. The machine frame and engine cover is made of high quality 304 stainless steel, food grade conveyor belt , variable speed motor adopts frequency converter control, freely control the production speed.

(2) This machine consists of frame, conveyor belt, peeling knife, press device, transmission device, motor, gear reducer, frequency converter and other parts.

(3) The aloe peeler is with good peeling effect, high yield, convenient control and easy maintenance etc.

 Working  Principle:

Prepare the aloe vera which is washed and cut off both ends.
Put aloe on the transmission belt and the aloe is pressed tight by the upper flexible pressing device.
Aloe is passing through the cutting device which is assembled with upper and lower blades.
During the aloe passing the conveyor, the aloe was peeled and meat was transmitted to the outlet.
The aloe skins and brim were going to the other separate collectors.
