Large Feeding Width Low Cost Patented Gap Cutting Machine

Scope of Application:
It is cut for narrow special shape double sided adhesive tapes. Main used for display of laptop, TV etc. Gap cutting, and avoid wastage material. The product is once forming, which is helpful to lower the production cost. And increased the productivity quite a lot.

Before cutting, it is continuous tape, then we remove original liiner at the bottom shaft. 


And unwind a new liner, and cut the tape onto new liner, for the final product, between each 2 tapes, there is a gap. Such gap can avoid tape stick to each other again. 


Customized machine with top rewind shafts. 
Some customers use this machine to die cut the finger lift tape. 
The top shafts are for rewind the trim wastage. 


This die is used for make finger lift and trim.
