The equipment operates under the condition of vacuum and low temperature, featuring low heating temperature of material and liquid, fast evaporation recovery and high solvent recovery concentration. It is suitable for evaporation separation and recovery of volatile and two-phase volatile materials with certain temperature difference. It is widely used for solvent recovery in chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries.
Main characteristic in the process of evaporation recovery, alcohol and water miscibility, when heated to the boiling point of alcohol produce azeotropic phenomenon, most part of alcohol and water evaporated, due to the volatile alcohol molecules, whereas the water molecules slightly lagging, so after preliminary condensing water turned into condensate return, the alcohol continued volatility, after further condensing gas alcohol became liquid alcohol, thus completed the recovery process.
