1.Transmission gear is made of 45# high quality steel through high hardness heat treatment, processed and manufactured according to high precision, with cross slide gear transmission and spray lubrication mechanism.
2.Automatic circulation ink feeding system, the ink roller can be pneumatically raised and independent rotation.
3.All rollers are plated with chromium to enhance hardness.
4.Printing, slotting, die-cutting electric phase adjustment mechanism using planetary gear structure.(360 degree electric adjustment for both working and stopping states)
5.Electric separation, pneumatic locking.

7.The slotting part slotting box height can be adjusted by manual synchronous box height or all electric adjustment of box height and row knife, PLC touch screen control, and can store the order.
