It can provide a large hollow pipe winding pipe production line with an extruder maximum diameter of 4000mm. The equipment can produce hollow wall winding pipe and mine anti-static gas exhaust pipe, using special pipe fittings (electric hot melt belt, heat shrink sleeve) connection, convenient connection, construction economy.

Raw material+master baches→Mixing→Vacuum feeding→Material dryness→Single screw extruder →spiral head mould→Calibrator→spray vacuum calibration tank→Spray cooling water tank→caterpillar traction→Single screw glue extruder →winder→winding roller forming→water cooler→cutter→pipe rack→finished production inspecting &packing.

The production line includes two parts:

1.The first part is PE Pipe extrusion line. The function of it extrude PE/PP pipe or PE/PP Square Shaped Pipe ( according to your customer requirement ). It include the following equipments: SJ series Single Screw Extruder /Die Head (outer mold and mandrill) /Calibration Sleeve / Vacuum Cooling Tank / Spray Cooling Tank
2.The second part is Spiral forming line. The function of it can produce qualified HDPE Large Diameter Hollow Wall Winding Pipe. It includes equipments as below: SJ series Single Screw Extruder / Die Head / Spiral forming unit .

High efficiency single screw extruder
This hollow wall winding pipe production lines adopt PE/PP high-efficiency single-screw extruder. The extrusion part adopts the forced water-cooling feeding section. The barrel is slotted. The power consumption of the main drive motor is greatly reduced; the large aspect ratio screw (30-38:1) , It has strong adaptability to materials and excellent plasticizing effect. It can customize specially designed screw for customers to use recycled materials and add calcium carbonate.

PLC computer control system with touch screen: With super high speed and large storage capacity, Multi control points: Forming pipe extrusion, melting PE adhesive extrusion, winding and cutting process can be auto-tail controlled synchronously, Separately controlling two extruder and winding unit in tandem with two touch screens.

The round trip ticket, accommodation, transportation, medicine treatment and insurance caused by the buyer's expert in Iran and 100 US dollars per person per day will be covered by the buyer.
