Overview

Product Description

PVC pipe production line, we can supply different machines for diameter from 16mm to 800mm .

For different diameter range pipe,will be equipped with corresponding different production lines.

16-40mm PVC 2 pipe production line with SJSZ51/105 or SJSZ55/120 or SJSZ65/132 conical twin screw extruder as main extruder,
equip with GF series auxiliary machinery, specially designed for PVC pipe(UPVC,CPVC share machines), is mainly used in the area of agricultural water supply system, architectural water supply system, pavement of cables, etc .

The line is conical twin screw extruder equipped with double single-control stainless steel vacuum spraying calibration, it avoids waste condition when one tube is adjusted and the other one is affected. The auto single-control double hauling off machine ane cutting machine are combined with the front double calibration technology to make operation more flexible.

for those small diameter pipe,such as not more than 32mm pipe, can 4 cavity;
such as not more than 110mm diameter pipe, can 2 cavity.
for those big diameter pipe, such as more than 110mm, will be single cavity.
