     The edge-sealing production line is mainly used for producing sealing edges of PVC furniture, doors and windows. It is composed of mixer, granulator, single screw extruder,mould, embossing, flume, traction glue passing machine, and winder. The production process of the sealing edge is as follows. The first step: color mixing-material mixing-granulator granulation. The second step:single screw extrusion+mold+embossing+water sink+traction glue machine+winder+surface printing. Or can be directly in one step, mixing first, then using double screw extruder with powder material, extrusion molding through the mold.
